Not only should you eat by blood type, but you will also love eating this way, making you healthy, thin, strong and fabulous.

As an aside, when you are pregnant, you have different cravings based on what your child’s blood type is. If your child has  positive (+) blood when you are negative (-), or vice versa, you will find that a lot of your favorite foods (i.e. things you can eat and like to eat based on your blood type) make you throw up.
