q: why is this illegal to the world order?

a: you are not allowed–under ANY circumstances–to spend everyone’s time, world resources, important people, killing in the name of, or blocking growth of a planet,  just to hurt one person–because you believe you are better, or that they are worse than you are. This saves time, and is time, and is because of everyone, not just Alyssus time.

Habeas corpus is a legal order that forces the government to bring a detained person into court and prove that their imprisonment is lawful.

If the government cannot show a legal reason to hold them, the court must set the person free
